Employment Directions Network (EDN) centres offer free services which have been designed to help people of all ages throughout the state:
- - to explore their career options
- to develop the skills to gain employment
- by providing information on training and employment services in their local area.
EDN staff offer one-on-one career guidance and provide access to online career guidance software and online resources.
EDN centres also run regular workshops on employability skills, apprenticeships, traineeships, the 'Parents as Career Partners' initiative, post school transitions, and the 'Profit from Experience' initiative to support mature age entry into training.
EDN centres are located state-wide and have FREE computer and internet access for clients. Whether you are just starting your career, re-entering the workforce or looking for a new career, the trained and experienced staff have the right resources to assist you.
The network is also equipped with video conferencing facilities so no matter where you are in Western Australia, one-on-one specialised advice is available in your local area.
